Want to Help?

Generous individuals and businesses who donate their time, money, goods and services play a big part of Crossroads Youth & Adult Services success in the community.

When you donate your time or resources, you become part of the team that cares for Utah’s children. To learn more about some of the roles you can play, please contact us at info@cryouth.com

Donations and Grants

Crossroads Youth & Adult Services is always in need of cash donations, in-kind donations, grants and other donations to help us provide full support to foster families and in turn, the children they care for.

Families caring for children in foster care receive a stipend from the state to help cover children’s basic needs. Thanks to generous individuals and charitable organizations, Crossroads Youth & Adult Services is able to provide those “extras” that enrich the everyday lives of children in foster care and the families who care for them. To learn more about some of the roles you can play, please contact us at info@cryouth.com

Holiday Help

During the holiday season, gift requests are collected from children in foster care throughout the state. We then make requests to local businesses, community members and church groups to step forward and help us fill these requests by purchasing gifts from the “wish” list or by making a cash donation.

Many of the children and teens in care have been removed from their biological families because of abuse and neglect and Christmas can be an especially difficult time for them. To learn more about some of the roles you can play, please contact us at info@cryouth.com

Volunteering with Crossroads

Crossroads Youth & Adult Services relies on our amazing volunteers to support our work in serving Utah’s children.  We find, educate, and nurture families to meet the needs of children in foster care.  People who volunteer for the Utah Foster Care Foundation come from all walks of life. Some are completing school service learning projects, some are professionals looking to spend time working for a cause they love, some are stay at home moms or dads, and others are retirees. What they have in common is a desire to make a difference.

There are many ways to support programs that help bring more foster families to children. Our volunteers help organize Appreciation Events for foster families, help organize other special events, do office work, distribute information throughout your local community, coordinate donation drives, and dozens of other important jobs. Whatever your skills are, we can probably put them to good use.
