Crossroads Youth & Adult Services is seeking to hire full-time or part-time Residential Habilitation Support Staff for our Vineyard Group Home and Day Support Treatment Center in Orem.

This entry-level position starts at a competitive wage of $15 - $18/hr, depending on experience.
Position Details As an entry-level Residential Habilitation Support Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including:
• Participating in fun activities
• Budgeting
• Meal preparation
• Help the individuals try new things
• Shopping
• Mentor the individuals to learn new skills Qualifications and Skills
• No experience needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you!
